How do you rent a van?
Go to www.outdoorsy.co or www.rvshare.com. Search in Reno for “Adventure Van”
Where can we camp?
Of course you can stay in RV parks and camp grounds, however one of the great things about these vans is that they are nimble enough to be parked in trail heads and out of the way pull outs. If it is not posted for no overnight parking, then you can probably crash there overnight as long as you are inconspicuous. Some ski resort areas don’t prevent overnight parking as long as you are low key about it and your presence does not hinder snow removal operations in the lot. There are a couple of sites you should be aware of for overnighting: www.gonewiththewynns.com/free-camping ; www.harvesthosts.com ; www.boondockerswelcome.com
